Advanced Die Design To our customers "Advanced Die Design" means exact interlocking fit between hinge loops for precision assembly and fit. Our 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" thick hinge segments are 24" long for additional strength and durability. Advanced Die Design means the elimination of high, crooked or cocked hinge loops. And, lastly it means individual hinges butt-up evenly and squarely to each other providing a tight, flush fit.
Sidewings: Precision Offset, Fixtures Fit May Conveyor's interlocking sidewings are similarly stamped with precision die-formed offset, fixture fit and welded in position to the hinge links. This assures an exact alignment and tight interlocking fit and thereby helps in reducing spillage.
Interchangeability This conveyor belting was designed to be interchangeable with most of the common manufacturers of steel conveyor belting, making it possible to use as "replacement" belting as well as belting used for OEM applications.
